Since 1988 KVINTETTI played 6 CDs for EDA (Edition Abseits),  radio productions at  Swiss Radio, Zürich, Deutschlandradio, Berlin and Yleisradio, Helsinki .
Within the Berliner Festwochen the “pihtipudas pianoquintet KVINTETTI“ played the first performance of two quintets, one by Bohuslav Martinu the other by MAX REGER. 1993 the first performance of SIBELIUS quintet in Germany  and just in the very  beginning of the KVINTETTI -ensemble they played the SCHERZO by Toivu Kuula,  a manuscript  found in the University Library of Helsinki.
They performed three other Finnish compositions for the first time: pianoquintets by Puumala, Rydman and P.H.Nordgren,  also on a CD. 1998 was the premiere of Helge Jörns's pianoquintet in Berlin.
Concerts at many international festivals : Schleswig Holstein Musik Festival, Jyväskylän Kesä, Musiksommer Mecklenburg Vorpommern, Festival der Europäischen Musik, Berlin,  Lübecker Kammermusikfest, Herzogenberg Festival, Schweiz, Musiksommer Zürisee, Schweiz.
Concerts in many famous concert- halls:
Gewandhaus Leipzig, Gasteig, München, Hamburger Musikhalle, Stuttgarter Liederhalle, Schauspielhaus Berlin and more.
In Finland pianoquintet pihtipudas KVINTETTI played in many important halls and places: Helsinki, Tampere, Kuopio, Jyväskylä and numerous festivals.

CD production
The “pihtipudas pianoquintet KVINTETTI’s repertoire for the many concerts given  in European countries, above all in Germany and Finland consists not only of the classical quintet repertoire but also of   numerous forgotten and new works. The KVINTETTI can perform such a vast repertoire because of the piano work being shared  between Ella and Jaakko Untamala.
